Privacy policy
What we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
TriVibrance runs trivibrance.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Your card details go straight to our payment processor, so we never see or keep your full card number.
When you write to us: your name, email address, and message, from our contact form or by email.
When you browse: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To take payment, send your order, and share its tracking
- To answer your questions and handle returns and exchanges
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require
- To keep the shop safe and prevent fraud
- To see which pages help people, so we can improve the site
- To send news and offers, only if you ask for them; every email has a link to stop them
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe, which processes payments
- USPS, which delivers your order
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives our contact form
- Google Workspace, which runs our email
- Google Analytics, Meta, and Pinterest, which tell us how people find and use the site
We never sell your personal information. We share it beyond these services only if the law requires us to.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser keeps for a website. We use them, and your browser's own storage, to keep your cart between pages. Google Analytics, Meta, and Pinterest use them to count visits and show us which posts and ads bring people here; Meta and Pinterest may also use what they see to show you our ads on their own sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and turn off Google Analytics with Google's own browser add-on.
Google Analytics opt-out add-on
How we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and messages for as long as we need them to help you. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
This site runs over a secure connection, and payments are handled by Stripe, which meets the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS). Only the people and services who need your information can see it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@trivibrance.com. You can stop our emails at any time with the link in each one.
Depending on where you live, including California, Texas, and other states with privacy laws, you may have more rights, such as opting out of targeted advertising. We answer every request within 45 days and never treat you differently for asking.
Children
Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
